SHIPPING POLICY

 

Little Gold Bee and Bearded Burglar products will normally be dispatched within 3 working days.

 

Timber boards will have a turn around time of approx 7 working days, as your board will be custom made for you.  If  your board is to be laser engraved it may take an extra few days.  We do our best to have your board ready for Post/Shipping within a week, however it does take a little longer for what ever reason we will keep you informed.

 

After your item is despatched it is in the hands of Australia Post or a Courier, there could be a delay during these unprecedented times. It will take extra time to Western Australia and the southern states. 

 

Your item will be sent from Queensland. We only ship within Australia. Sorry, we do not accept overseas orders.

RETURN POLICY

Customer Service is of paramount importance to us.  It is rare for us to have a return, however, for any reason what so ever you are dissatisfied with your order please contact us. 

 

We would  prefer contact via phone or email within 3 days of receipt of your item. We would love the opportunity to resolve the issue with you and work on a replacement or refund if necessary. This would be on a case by case basis and we will make the final decision. 

 

We do our very best to pack so an item is not damaged in transit and haven't had any issues to date.

Your shipping fee does include insurance cover in case of an unfortunate event and the worst happens. If an item is damaged or lost by Australia Post, please notify us immediately, so a claim can be lodged. If your claim is approved by Australia Post you will be reimbursed. Please understand this is completely out of our control and in the hands of Australia Post, we can not be held accountable for their actions or decisions.
